This touring exhibit contains multiple Kansas images.  It is a living exhibit that continues to be updated with new works.

Dan’s photography has been shown throughout the United States and Cologne, Germany.   He has several solo exhibits scheduled for 2010 and is currently on the Kansas Arts on Tour Roster.  Information about his workshop, "Creative Photography - Digital Basics," along with additional workshop offerings, can be found at www.CreativePhotographyWorkshops.com .

Dan will make himself available for an artist’s reception and/or lecture on a variety of topics, including photography and the creative process.

Dan will provide a brochure “About the Artist,” to the exhibition facility.  The brochure will provide the necessary information for the art collector to purchase the art.  It is duty placed upon the exhibiting facility will be to provide the brochure to all attendees of the exhibition and to notify Dan when more copies are needed.

This Fine Art Photography Exhibit offered by Dan Rose, can be configured to meet the needs of the facility/organization. Facilities can build an exhibit by selecting the body of work they would like to display.  This can be done in consideration of multiple factors, including theme, areas of interest, budget and schedule.

Here are some examples:

Many of the photographs are offered as a series and are toured, as such. Each series has a theme, technique, style or method which makes them relate, as a set of images.

Example 1:

The “Lith Series,” is comprised of four 20”x24” framed images and is exhibited as a “set” of four photographs, renting for $180 per 6 week period. “Series” or “sets” of photographs tour as a group and are not available separately.

Example 2:

The largest photographs are offered individually.  These large images rent for approximately the same price as a series of smaller photographs.  The popular Spherical Panoramic photograph “Sphere City” “30x30”, rents for $180.00 per 6 week period.

Example 3:

An “Artist in Residence” package:  This package offers the greatest value. By combining an exhibition of Dan’s work with his expert photography instruction, the artist is able to share his vision and skills with the community, while bringing his work to life for participants. Options in this package include multiple workshops, a solo art exhibit featuring an opening reception and “artist’s talk”, presentations for local community groups, and “mini workshops” for area schools and colleges.  Additional marketing and promotional services are available to raise this selection to a major event for the hosting facility

In its place a cover is place over the lens mount with a very tiny hole drilled in it. This serves as the lens to capture the images.
